This milestone was achieved during a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Monday, 18th December 2024, at the Embassy Chancery in Tokyo, Japan. Mrs. Genevieve Apaloo, Ambassador of Ghana to Japan, signed on behalf of the Republic of Ghana, while Mr. Arakawa Hiroki, Chairman of Sapporo University, signed for the university.
