The Chancery oversees the overall administration of the Embassy.

The Trade Section of the Embassy promotes trade and investment between Ghana and Japan and Ghana and Singapore.

The section seeks to promote trade opportunities in Ghana within the Japanese and Singaporean business community.

The section also handles trade exhibitions in Japan and Singapore. All inquiries on Trade and Investments issues between Ghana and Japan can be channeled to this section.

The Consular Section exists to provide consular services to Ghanaians and nationals of other countries who reside in Japan and Singapore.

All Passport and Visa enquiries, as well as other consular requests or enquiries can be made at the Chancery.
